The amount the Insurer will pay for such reduction in value under this ADDITIONAL COVERAGE is included <br />within the applicable Personal Property Coverage Limit of Insurance. <br />Q. Protection of Property Coverage <br />1. Removal of Insured Property <br />a. If it is necessary to move insured property from the location or reported unspecified location to <br />protect it from actual or imminent direct physical loss or damage caused by a covered peril, the Insurer <br />will pay for: <br />i. any loss of or damage to that insured property while it is being moved from, or returned to, the <br />location or reported unspecified location, or while temporarily stored at another premises for up to <br />the Number of Days shown in the Business Property Schedule of Coverages and Limits; and <br />ii. the reasonable cost to remove the insured property from the location or reported unspecified <br />location and the cost to move the insured property back. <br />b. The amount the Insurer will pay for all loss, damage or cost under this Removal of Insured Property <br />coverage is included within, and not in addition to, the applicable Real Property Coverage or Personal <br />Property Coverage Limit of Insurance. <br />2. Preservation of Insured Property <br />If it is necessary to protect insured property at the location or reported unspecified location from <br />imminent direct physical loss or damage by a covered peril, the Insurer will pay reasonable and <br />necessary costs the Named Insured incurs to protect such insured property from such imminent loss or <br />damage while at such location or reported unspecified location. <br />b. The most the Insurer will pay for all costs under this Preservation of Insured Property coverage for any <br />one occurrence is the Protection of Property Coverage Preservation of Insured Property Limit of <br />Insurance, subject to a $1,000 each occurrence deductible. No other deductible applies to this <br />Preservation of Insured Property Coverage. <br />R. Reported Unspecified Locations <br />1. Real Property Coverage and Personal Property Coverage <br />The Insurer will pay for direct physical loss of or damage to insured property at a reported unspecified <br />location directly caused by a covered peril. <br />The most the Insurer will pay for such loss or damage to real property at any one reported unspecified <br />location for any one occurrence is the applicable Reported Unspecified Locations Real Property Limit of <br />Insurance. <br />The most the Insurer will pay for such loss or damage to personal property at any one reported <br />unspecified location for any one occurrence is the applicable Reported Unspecified Location Personal <br />Property Limit of Insurance. <br />2. Business Income Coverage <br />The Insurer will pay for the actual loss of business income the Named Insured sustains during the period <br />of restoration due to the necessary suspension or delay of operations caused by direct physical loss of or <br />damage to property at a reported unspecified location directly caused by a covered peril. <br />The most the Insurer will pay for such loss of business income at any one reported unspecified location <br />for any one occurrence is the Reported Unspecified Locations Business Income Limit of Insurance. <br />3.
