<br />Policy
<br />This exclusion does not apply to the loss of use of other property arising out of sudden and
<br />accidental physical injury to your product or your work after it has been put to its intended use.
<br />4. Damage to Premises Rented or Occupied by the Named Insured
<br />any actual or alleged property damage to premises rented to the Named Insured or in the case of
<br />damage by fire, while rented to the Named Insured or temporarily occupied by the Named Insured
<br />with the permission of the owner.
<br />5. Distribution or Recording of Material or Information in Violation of Laws
<br />any actual or alleged liability arising directly or indirectly out of any actual or alleged:
<br />a. violation of:
<br />i. the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), including any amendment of or addition to
<br />such law;
<br />ii. the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, including any amendment of or addition to such law;
<br />iii. the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and any amendment of or addition to such law,
<br />including the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA); or
<br />iv. any statute, ordinance, regulation or law other than the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, or
<br />FCRA, including FACTA, and their amendments and additions, that addresses, prohibits, or
<br />limits the printing, dissemination, disposal, collecting, recording, sending, transmitting,
<br />communicating or distribution of material or information; or
<br />b. conversion or consumption of another's tangible property or electronic assets. For the purpose
<br />of this provision, electronic assets include but are not limited to minute allowances, text
<br />message allowances, and other electronic consumables.
<br />6. Employment Related Practices
<br />any actual or alleged bodily injury or personal and advertising injury to:
<br />a. a person arising out of any actual or alleged:
<br />L refusal to employ that person;
<br />ii. termination of that person's employment;
<br />iii employment -related practices, policies, acts or omissions, such as coercion, demotion,
<br />evaluation, reassignment, discipline, defamation, harassment, humiliation, discrimination or
<br />malicious prosecution directed at that person; or
<br />b the spouse, child, parent, brother or sister of that person as a consequence of such bodily injury
<br />or personal and advertising injury to that person at whom any of the employment -related
<br />practices described in paragraphs a. L, ii., or iii. above is directed.
<br />This exclusion applies:
<br />whether the injury -causing event described in paragraphs a. L, ii., or iii. above occurs before
<br />employment, during employment or after employment of that person;
<br />b. whether the Insured may be liable as an employer or in any other capacity; and
<br />c. to any obligation to share damages with or repay someone else who must pay damages because
<br />of the injury.
<br />However, this exclusion does not apply to bodily injury a person sustains during a job interview
<br />while attempting to demonstrate a physical capability or skill required by the job to the extent that
