DNA <br />pathogens, and any colony or group of the foregoing. <br />CNA Paramount Excess and Umbrella Liability <br />Policy <br />However, other organic pathogens does not mean pathogens that were transmitted directly from person to <br />person. <br />Permanent disability means permanent physical inability, or mental inability due to a permanent physical <br />inability, of the key employee to perform the normal duties of the applicable position for which the individual <br />qualifies as a key employee. <br />Personal and advertising injury means injury, including consequential bodily injury, arising out of one or more of <br />the following offenses: <br />A. false arrest, detention or imprisonment; <br />B. malicious prosecution or abuse of process; <br />C. wrongful eviction from, wrongful entry into, or the invasion of the right of private occupancy of a room, <br />dwelling or premises that a person occupies committed by or on behalf of its owner, landlord or lessor; <br />D. oral or written publication, in any manner, of material that slanders or libels a person or organization or <br />disparages a person's or organization's goods, products or services; <br />E. oral or written publication, in any manner, of material that violates a person's right of privacy; <br />F. the use of another's advertising idea in the Named Insured's advertisement; or <br />G. infringing upon another's copyright, trade dress or slogan in the Named Insured's advertisement. <br />Policy period means the time from 12.01 A.M. on the effective date of this Policy as set forth in the <br />Declarations of this Policy to the earlier of 12.01 A.M. of the expiration, termination or cancellation date of this <br />Policy. <br />Pollutants mean any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant or contaminant, including smoke, vapor, soot, <br />fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and waste. Waste includes medical waste and materials to be recycled, <br />reconditioned or reclaimed. <br />Products -completed operations hazard means bodily injury or property damage occurring away from premises <br />the Named Insured owns or rents and arising out of your product or your work except: <br />A. products that are still in the Named Insured's physical possession; or <br />B. work that has not yet been completed or abandoned.
