CNA <br />CNA Paramount Excess and Umbrella Liability <br />Policy Endorsement <br />OWNED AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />PARAMOUNT EXCESS AND UMBRELLA LIABILITY POLICY <br />PARAMOUNT UMBRELLA LIABILITY POLICY <br />It is understood and agreed as follows: <br />If this endorsement is attached to the PARAMOUNT EXCESS AND UMBRELLA LIABILITY POLICY, then, <br />solely with respect to autos owned by the Named Insured, under EXCLUSIONS, the section entitled <br />Coverage A - Excess Follow Form Liability Exclusions is amended by the addition of the following new <br />exclusion: <br />Auto <br />any actual or alleged liability arising out of the ownership, maintenance, operation, use, loading or <br />unloading or entrustment to others of any auto. <br />This exclusion applies even if such claim against an Insured alleges negligence or other wrongdoing in <br />the supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others by that Insured. <br />II.
