DNA <br />CNA Paramount Excess and Umbrella Liability <br />Policy Endorsement <br />1. ten (10) days before the effective date of cancellation, if the Insurer cancels for nonpayment of <br />premium; or <br />2. sixty (60) days before the effective date of cancellation, if the Insurer cancels for a reason other <br />than nonpayment of premium; or <br />3. sixty (60) days before the expiration date of the policy, if the Insurer decides to non -renew, increase <br />the premium or limit or restrict coverage. <br />In those cases where an increase in premium exceeds fifteen percent (15%), the notice to the first <br />Named Insured will indicate the dollar amount of the increase. <br />E. If this policy is terminated, the Insurer will send the first Named Insured any premium refund due. If the <br />Insurer cancels the refund will be pro rata. If the first Named Insured cancels, the refund may be less <br />than pro rata. The cancellation will be effective even if the Insurer has not made or offered a refund. <br />F. The notice of cancellation or non -renewal will state the actual reason for the cancellation or <br />non -renewal. <br />G. Notice of cancellation or non -renewal will state the effective date of cancellation or non -renewal. The <br />policy period will end on that date. <br />H.
