THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />THE <br />HARTFORD <br />(ii) Research, replace or restore the lost information on damaged "valuable papers and records"; <br />to the extent it reduces the amount of loss that otherwise would have been payable under this <br />Coverage Extension. <br />(6) Extra Expense does not apply to: <br />(a) Any deficiencies in insuring Building or Business Personal Property; or <br />(b) Any expense related to any recall of products you manufacture, handle or distribute. <br />(7) With respect to the coverage provided in this Coverage Extension, suspension means the partial <br />slowdown or complete cessation of your business activities. <br />(8) We will deduct from the total Extra Expense to be paid: <br />(a) The salvage value that remains of any property bought for temporary use during the "civil authority <br />period of restoration", once business operations are resumed; and <br />(b) Any Extra Expense that is paid for by other insurance. <br />(9) We will not pay for any increase of Business Income or Extra Expense loss caused by or resulting from: <br />(a) Delay in rebuilding, repairing or replacing the property or resuming "operations", due to interference <br />at the location of the rebuilding, repair or replacement by strikers or other persons; or <br />(b) Suspension, lapse or cancellation of any license, lease or contract. But if the suspension, lapse or <br />cancellation is directly caused by the suspension of "operations', we will cover such loss that affects <br />your Business Income during the "civil authority period of restoration"; <br />(c) Any other consequential loss. <br />(10)A waiting period may apply, however, no other deductible applies to this Coverage Extension. <br />B. The following definition is added to Section G., PROPERTY DEFINITIONS: <br />"Civil authority period of restoration" <br />a. Means the period of time that: <br />(1) Begins: <br />(a) The number of hours shown in the Declarations after action of civil authority for Business Income for <br />Civil Authority Actions coverage; or <br />(b) Immediately after the action of civil authority damage for Extra Expense coverage; <br />and <br />(2) Ends on the earlier of: <br />(a) When access to your "scheduled premises" is permitted; or <br />(b) 30 consecutive days after the order of the civil authority unless a different time period is shown in the <br />Declarations as the Business Income for Civil Authority Actions Duration of Coverage. <br />b.
