CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RFP NO.: 20-089 <br />WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS COMPLIANCE SERVICES <br />The FOG Control Program utilizes GIS technologies and maps to manage, maintain, and <br />update a FOG geodatabase containing information on all FSEs & GREs and inspection <br />records. The Consultant shall maintain and update the FOG geodatabase and associated <br />maps. The consultant will be tasked with the following: <br />• Review inspection records and results for quality assurance and control purposes. <br />• Add, edit or delete records and map points as FSEs and GREs are added or <br />deleted from the inventory. <br />• Edit existing records and feature classes to reflect true field conditions. This would <br />include FSE and GRE relationships. <br />• Maintain layer definition queries that access FOG program data to represent <br />FSEs and GREs that need routine inspections, FSEs and GREs that have <br />existing violations, FSEs and GREs that have never been inspected, FSEs that <br />have NPDES violations, and LFPs that need to be confirmed. <br />• Coordinate with staff and technology consultants to identify and implement <br />infraMAP software inspection form improvements and troubleshoot errors and <br />issues. This may include providing a GIS analyst for on -site support. <br />• Coordinate with staff and technology consultants to define required WDR <br />program work flows and support integration with emerging technology. <br />• Consultant should be able to use data validation tools to review feature class <br />data including FOG inspection activity data. <br />• Assist the City with maintenance data analysis and 0&M task optimization. <br />2. Training & Support <br />The Consultant shall provide training and support on as needed basis and as required <br />by the City. The training shall include and not limited to: WDR updates, Sewer System <br />Management Plan meeting goal and objectives, FOG Program evaluations and reports, <br />GIS support and mapping system. The training shall be conducted in the field and on <br />the classroom as needed by the City and their Staff. <br />3. General Environmental Compliance Support <br />In addition to WDR compliance, the consultant shall provide expertise and support in a <br />wide range of compliance programs thatfall within the Water Resources Division purview, <br />including but not limited to: cross -connection program support, potable water discharge <br />permitting and monitoring, production well O&M assessment and support, water <br />distribution infrastructure, stormwater compliance, compliance related business process <br />development, project management, and assistance. <br />Page 5 of 10 <br />
