CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RFP NO.: 20-089 <br />WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS COMPLIANCE SERVICES <br />4. General Sewer System O&M Support <br />The Consultant shall be able to assist the City with assessment of sewer system issues <br />and development of corrective actions including source identification and mitigation. <br />F. Technical Abilities <br />Proposer must demonstrate the following skills: <br />i. Ability to successfully perform FSE and GRE inspections in other languages (in addition <br />to English). Additional consideration will be given to proposers which demonstrate this <br />ability. <br />2. Knowledge of environmental regulations and formal training in environmental sciences <br />and or engineering. <br />3. Demonstrated capability to integrate GIS, database and maintenance management <br />technologies to effectively manage FSE inspections and FOG Program tasks. <br />G. Cooperative Work Environment <br />It is required that successful proposer be able to work together in a cooperative work <br />environment with the program manager/contract administrator and staff, and other consultants <br />as required. <br />x. Ongoing Coordination/Status Meetings <br />During the term of the contract, the Program Manager reserves the right to schedule periodic <br />group or individual meetings (anticipated to be once per quarter). <br />I. Content <br />The City retains control over all creative content, and is responsible for providing existing <br />creative content to the Consultant. The City will work with the Consultant(s) to develop any new <br />creative, including public service announcements, display ads, collateral materials, etc., as well <br />as the technical and knowledge support required to execute any advertising activities. The City <br />will be the sole authority in determining acceptability of Consultant(s) work product. <br />a. References and Related Work Product Samples <br />The List of References form is required to be completed as reflected in Section K. Proposers <br />and Subcontractors of Proposer are required to provide a minimum of four (4) references to <br />demonstrate successful performance for work of similar size and specific scope of work per <br />component specific for proposal submittal as specified in this contract during the past five (5) <br />years. The name of the project and the dollar amount of the contract shall be provided for each <br />listed reference along with contact information. Proposers and Subcontractors of Proposer must <br />also demonstrate that they are properly equipped to perform the work as specified in this <br />Page 6 of 10 <br />
