<br />DESIGN TEAM
<br />Barsin has 19 years of experience in Civil
<br />Engineering with a focus on commercial, housing,
<br />and City capital improvement projects. He has
<br />proven expertise in the areas of survey, planning,
<br />design, construction documents and detailing, cost
<br />estimation and analysis and project management
<br />of Civil Engineering projects. As Principal -in -
<br />Charge he is in involved with all projects coming
<br />through the office and works hands on with our
<br />other P.E.s and E.I.Ts to monitor project design,
<br />progress, and quality to ensure they are meeting
<br />the highest of standards while also staying within
<br />our contract budgets and meeting the project
<br />schedule.
<br />Bryan has 20 years of experience as a
<br />Structural Engineer in the design of project types
<br />such as educational, workplace, healthcare,
<br />hospitality, civic, and retail. His international
<br />expertise encompasses sophisticated technical
<br />awareness, project/team management, structural
<br />analysis and design and seismic engineering.
<br />He leads a diverse team of dedicated engineers
<br />and designers with a broad range of design and
<br />construction expertise in projects of all types -
<br />renovations, repairs, seismic upgrades, and new
<br />builds.
<br />Michael's primary responsibility is design and
<br />production management of various types of land
<br />development projects, including commercial,
<br />office, retail, mixed -use, healthcare and public.
<br />Michael has 20 years of experience leading
<br />projects from entitlement and design phases
<br />through the entire implementation process. He
<br />has a strong design sense with excellent project
<br />management and production skills.
