<br />James is an electrical partner who designs
<br />and oversees electrical engineering projects.
<br />In this capacity he assumes a supervisory
<br />role, coordinating client needs and ensuring
<br />complete execution of construction
<br />documents. Other responsibilities include
<br />writing CSI specifications, cost estimating,
<br />supervising and reviewing the work of staff
<br />responsible for a wide range of engineering
<br />projects.
<br />Fred is an office manager and a licensed
<br />civil engineer (PE) in the State of California
<br />with substantial experience in performing
<br />geotechnical investigations, engineering
<br />design, and project management. These
<br />projects include various educational and
<br />commercial buildings, parks and recreational
<br />areas, renewable energy facilities, retail
<br />centers, office/warehouse projects, street
<br />improvements, industrial facilities, and public
<br />works projects
<br />Santiago has more than 18 years of design
<br />experience focusing on branding with
<br />an emphasis on corporate identity. His
<br />responsibilities include managing and directing
<br />a staff of graphic designers and communicating
<br />with clients on a variety of projects including
<br />graphic design, corporate identity, logo
<br />development, branding, environmental
<br />graphics and signage from concept through
<br />production.
