3) Update the model and capacity assessment based on permanent changes in the <br />sewer system. <br />For each analysis, Woodard & Curran will prepare a brief technical memorandum (TM) <br />summarizing the model assumptions and results, along with appropriate figures (e.g. model - <br />generated hydraulic profiles or thematic maps showing potential surcharge). A separate Task <br />number will be assigned for each model evaluation requested. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Model run assumptions and results TM <br />Assumptions: <br />The City will provide required data to conduct analyses. For proposed developments, this <br />will include development location, proposed connection point to sewer system, and <br />development details (e.g., number and type of dwelling units, square footage and type of <br />commercial building floor space, etc.). For proposed system changes, this will include <br />information such as alignment and size of proposed sewer pipelines or plans and <br />operational specifications for pump station improvements. <br />Fee Estimate and Budget <br />Woodard & Curran will provide a fee estimate for every model request received from the City, The <br />fee estimate will include hours for modeling, analysis and reporting work conducted for each <br />request. <br />Woodard & Curran -2- 4/13/2021 <br />
