Our Dedicated Account Manager was in direct touch with the candidate for tracking the <br />performance and motivating the employee to provide exceptional service delivery to the client. <br />We developed a custom performance bonus plan for the candidate which was given after <br />completing important milestones of the project. <br />xviii.
