RFP NO. 20-124 <br />(7N'F JI"NI <br />Information Technology As -Needed Professional Services <br />automation using SenseHQ. This gives us understanding of any issues that may arise and allows <br />us to proactively come up with a mitigation plan within 24 hours. <br />We also understand the importance of creating a rewarding environment where people are <br />recognized for their work, and have recognition programs in place to reward employees who go <br />above and beyond the call of duty for our customers such as internal promotions and bonuses. We <br />offer our staff competitive benefits and professional development that encourages the resources to <br />complete their assignment. We divide the benefits into four sections: <br />• Regular Employee Benefits <br />• Retention Benefits —To encourage them to complete the job assigned. <br />• Motivation — To be happy and give their best. <br />• Government required statutory compliance/benefits <br />Select examples of rewarding employees: We provide rewards and extra benefits as a part of <br />our retention policy to keep our temporary employees motivated to provide the best service <br />delivery to our clients. <br />Example 1: We provided a Project Manager (PM) to the California Administrative Office of <br />Courts for Judicial Information System (JIS) project that replaced the current Themis System. <br />Our PM successfully managed the project which ensured the completion of the project on schedule <br />and within budget. Following performance bonuses and incentives were given to the team: <br />1. Project Completion Bonus <br />2. Project Milestone Completion Bonus within Budget, Scope and Time <br />3. Bi-weekly lunch for the PM and their team after each successful Spring Review Meeting. <br />4. Approval of food and accommodation expenses for extended hours and stay near the client <br />site to meet deadlines instead of traveling back and forth. <br />Example 2: We served the Highway Information Services Division which serves Maryland State <br />Highway Administration and provides highway data, highway mapping, GIS services, and traffic <br />Infojini Inc.
