CITY COUNCIL REGULAR OPEN SESSION <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />MINUTES: Mayor Sarmiento called the Regular Open Session meeting to order at <br />5: 58 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />MINUTES: Clerk of the Council conducted roll call. Proclamation presented by Mayor Sarmiento, Mayor Pro Tern Penaloza and <br />Councilmember Phan to Casa de la Familia recognizing Sexual Assault Awareness <br />Month. <br />4.
