Good Afternoon Mayor Sarmiento & Councilmembers, <br />My Name is Elvis Villagran and I am a Customer Service Representative at Athens Services. My <br />day to day duties include to provide World Class customer service with operations and <br />resolve and handle any customer requests/issues if any. I also have witnessed firsthand the great <br />quality of service we provide to our customers. Every, and I mean every customer is handled with a <br />world class attitude to ensure every customer is satisfied. We use a first class culture in the office called <br />"The Athens Way" which ensures we take care and keep in mind the Environment, Keep World class <br />service to our customers and sustain a mentality that holds our office relationships with the utmost <br />respect for each other. <br />Athens always goes above and beyond for our employees and customers, keeps a family work <br />environment, customers not treated as a number, strong customer service mentality, services during the <br />pandemic, responsive and acts immediately. <br />I strongly recommend Athens Services because we are not like any other company doing this <br />business but we are the leaders in our business in how we work together and ensure our customers <br />come <br />first.
