Provide on -call operations, maintenance, and repair services for the City's First Street <br />stormwater lift station (1) and Civic Center stormwater lift stations (2), including but <br />not limited to: <br />• Conducting routine and pre -storm inspections to verify all lift stations are <br />functioning properly and ready to pump stormwater <br />• Monitoring weather forecasts and performing inspections during rain <br />events to verify all lift stations are operational and there is no flooding in <br />areas served by the lift stations <br />• Routine exercising of all lift station pumps <br />• Routine testing of all lift station alarms <br />• Notifying the City of any lift station issues within 1-day of discovery <br />• Providing written inspection reports and photos for all lift station <br />inspections <br />• Vacuum cleaning lift station wet -wells, stormdrain lines, and catch basin <br />inlets to remove all trash, debris, and solids as -needed <br />• Monitoring SCADA systems and responding to alerts or errors as -needed <br />• Contractors will have access to lift station SCADA systems via <br />mobile device hot -spots <br />• Responding to and resolving urgent issues with the lift stations 24-hours a <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 21-004 Page Al-5 <br />
