This degree has improved his ability to interpret <br />the many environmental regulations that must be followed in order to do business in California. <br />Noteworthy Projects: <br />Asbestos abatement, Port of Los Angeles, 2012 <br />Oversaw the $400K asbestos -roof abatement at Warehouse 1. This roof was one of many that was removed of <br />asbestos. As part of the City's clean -energy initiative, the roofs were then retrofitted & installed with solar panels. <br />Wharf Fire, Port of Los Angeles, 2014 <br />Remediated a large wharf fire in the Port.
