INC. <br />Obtain list of Stormwater lines, upstream/downstream <br />manholes. <br />Coordinate logistics & scheduling with City. <br />Obtain Stormwater line information, material type. <br />Different fetter -heads can Determine best Jetter-head for task. Determine if <br />remove concrete, asphalt, 10y <br />roots, debris, dirt, trash & sand. performing regular maintenance vs. unplugging a line. <br />Fill Hydro -letter with water. Dispatch crew & <br />equipment. Crew drives predetermined route. <br />Safety meeting & don PPE. Setup Traffic control: <br />traffic cones/signs, arrowboards, engineering plans. <br />Equip hoses with Setup fetter. Station fetter at open <br />sleeve protection. manhole. Equip/position Jetter head. <br />For Trench cleanings, walk <br />along trench to inspect cleaning. M <br />Provide sufficient lighting. <br />If needed, conduct a <br />pre -CCTV inspection <br />Use smaller Jetter/Vactor for <br />smaller diameter pipes <br />Setup Vacuum. Depending on length of line <br />setup sufficient pipe/hose to reach del <br />Setup downstream sand bag containment. Install proper <br />sized plugs using air compressor (if necessary). <br />Lower the 1" Hydro -Jet hose into the line. <br />Open water valve, commence Hydro -Jetting <br />Continue to make Hydro -Jet passes until water is clear. <br />Vacuum all waste. <br />Transfer waste to disposal. Either to local TSDF or <br />on -site bin. Later dispose of bin solids/liquids. <br />If accessible, position personnel at upstream <br />manhole to ensure hose reaches desired distance. <br />If possible, perform confined space entry to <br />inspect the line. <br />Submit forms, reports, photographs & invoice. <br />Post CCTV Inspection (if needed) <br />Page 13 of 29 <br />
