ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br />ATTACHMENT 2 <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />STORMWATER LIFT STATIONS <br />SANTA ANA LIFT STATION: <br />The Santa Ana lift station has the following equipment; <br />1. One number vertical turbine pump including 60 hp motor, oil lubricated vertical <br />shaft bearings and lubricated oil tank. <br />2. Two numbers submersible 20 hp pump and motor. <br />3. One number electronic level sensor. <br />4. One number ultrasound level sensor. <br />5. One 60 hp Variable Frequency Drive. <br />6. Two 20 hp Variable Frequency Drive. <br />7. One 800 Amp. Transfer Switch. <br />8. One 800 Amp. Panel Board. <br />9. One 25KVA 480 to 240/120 Transformer. <br />10. One Control Panel including Modicon M340 CPU, Digital input module, <br />Digital output module, Analog input, Analog output, HMI and Power backup <br />package. <br />11. Three numbers check valves and one number gate valve. <br />12. One half hp sump pump. <br />13. One exhaust fan controlled by the controler. <br />14. SCADA system including dedicated computer and software. <br />For more detail please refer to attached drawings. <br />Operation: <br />The pumps are set to be called as follow; <br />1. The two 20hp pumps are working as lead and lag, the 60hp pump is the backup <br />PUMP. <br />2. Once the level gets to 45" the lead pump shall be called at the hi speed and once <br />the level gets to 43" the pump shall run on the required speed for keeping the <br />level at 43", the minimum speed set such as the pump shall pump at the <br />minimum allowable flow and the pump shall stop at 30" level. <br />3. The lag pump shall be called at the following conditions; <br />1. The lead pump called but not running. <br />2. The level gets to 50". <br />
