ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br />ATTACHMENT 2 <br />4. The lag pump shall be stopped once the level reach to 40". <br />5. The Backup Pump (Pumpl, 60hp) shall start once the level is 50". <br />6. The Backup Pump shall stop once the level is at 30". <br />Required Maintenance: <br />1. Checking the level of the solids at main manhole and wet well after each <br />rain or monthly. <br />2. Checking, cleaning and calibrating the level sensor after each solid removal <br />or as needed. <br />3. Checking the oil level at the pump 1 tank weekly and after each rain. <br />4. Checking the check valves operation every 3 months and each rain. <br />5. Checking the performance of the pump. The historian at HMI and SCADA <br />program shall provide required information. <br />6. Checking mechanical seal for pump 2 and 3, the HMI and SCADA shall <br />provide the required information. <br />7. Controlling the exhaust fan performance. <br />8. Exercising transfer switch every year. <br />9. Dusting and cleaning panels as required. <br />10. Lubricating the motor's bearing for pump 1, every year. <br />11. Checking the PLC program and performance every year. <br />12. Checking and changing the backup batteries at UPS and PLC. As needed. <br />13. Checking the communication of the station with SCADA system. <br />FLOWER STATION: <br />The Flower station is very similar to the Santa Ana station with the following <br />changes: <br />No Vertical turbine pumps. <br />2. Manual transfer switch is 200 Amp. <br />
