PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM <br />200 clock hours <br />This course is a comprehensive study of Project Management principles and the body of knowledge. <br />Students will learn about the five Process Groups and ten Knowledge Areas. The program will <br />introduce participants to practical insights and techniques that can be applied in managing projects, <br />introduction of total quality management, continuous improvement programs and the drive to <br />radically redesign business processes, integrated view of project management, effective business <br />communication skills, strategic or organization project management skills, recruitment and staffing <br />concepts and techniques.
