Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost of <br />$935,018, which includes $748,014 for the construction contract, $112,204 for <br />contract administration, inspection and testing, and a $74,800 project contingency for <br />unanticipated or unforeseen work. <br />12. Amendment to the Blanket Order Contract with Ultimate Entertainment dba Mega <br />Outdoor Entertainment for the Movies in the Park Series to Increase the Total Amount <br />to $101,343.60 Which Includes a 20% Contingency for the Period Through <br />September 30, 2021 (Non -General Fund) <br />Department(s): Parks, Recreation, and Community Services <br />Recommended Action: Approve an Amendment to the Blanket Order Contract with <br />Ultimate Entertainment dba Mega Outdoor Entertainment for the Movies in the Park <br />Series to increase the total amount to $101,344 which includes a 20% contingency for <br />the period through September 30, 2021, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />13. Approve Continuation as a Career Services Provider under the Federal Title I <br />Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the Mayor to sign and direct staff to submit to the <br />California Workforce Development Board an application to provide Adult and <br />Dislocated Worker Career Services for a four-year period expiring May 2025, as <br />authorized in the final regulations of the federal Title I Workforce Innovation and <br />Opportunity Act. <br />14. Approve an Agreement with Habitat for Humanity to Administer a Residential <br />Rehabilitation Program in an Amount not to Exceed $545,532 (Non -General Fund) <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />Habitat for Humanity to administer the City's Residential Rehabilitation Program from <br />July 6, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in the amount not to exceed $545,532 in <br />Community Development Block Grant funds, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br />15. Approve On -Call Environmental Review Services Agreements with Rincon <br />Consultants, Inc., Chambers Group, Inc., and Michael Baker International, Inc.
