Households bCC8uI5C. the City is providing 89 ProlccL-T3ased Vouchers for <br />Permanent Supportive Housing ("P13V Vouchers'). In the event the P13V Vouchers <br />expire, terminate, are not renewed or are reduced for any reason other than a default by <br />Developer under the PT3V Vouchers, then the occupancy requirements for all ofthe Tlnits <br />shall atuomatically increase to 60% of the Area Median Income and the A 1-fordable Rent <br />shall increase to Affordable Rents for households earning 601% of Lkre area Median Income <br />in accordanec with the tent limits set turth by the Califurnia Tax Credit Allocation <br />Committee ( TCAC for households earning 60'%u of the Ar'cn Median Inconic. <br />3.5 Reserved. <br />4. Maximum Rents. Developer, its sneeesSOrS and assigns shall not charge <br />rents for The Units in excess of the amounts set forth herein, as adjusted oil tide basis of the <br />revised schedules of area median incomes issued from time -to -time by TTUD. The City <br />shall noti fy Developer in writing ol'the adjusted allowable maximum incomes and revs. <br />5. 'Tenant ,Selection Plan.
