The project consists of the removal, relocation and adjustment of <br />existing improvements, excavation and grading, removal and relocation of existing utilities, construction <br />of new storm drainage and storm water pre-treatment and storage system, construction of curb, gutter <br />and pedestrian walkways and ramps, bridge construction, roadway paving and new overhead signage <br />and traffic control devices.
