<br />aggregate; field nuclear gauge compaction testing; and special materials analysis and evaluation

<br />and Materials Evaluation and Testing Services, Riverside County, CA. Mr. Pheng has

<br />several years, including three years as a prime consultant. A recent project Mr. Pheng worked on
<br />was the Clinton Keith Road Extension (Phase 2) in Murrieta, CA, which comprised of the new
<br />construction of a four -lane roadway, median, two new bridge structures, and traffic signals.
