2020-21, for the term beginning July 20, 2021 and ending upon project completion,
<br />and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract subject to non -substantive
<br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney.
<br />2. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost of
<br />$790,251, which includes $632,251 for the construction contract, $95,149 for contract
<br />administration, inspection and testing, and a $62,851 project contingency for
<br />unanticipated or unforeseen work.
<br />3. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Capital Improvement Program
<br />for $884,351, which includes $94,100 in preliminary engineering funds and $790,251
<br />in construction funds, for the Santa Ana Library Children's Patio Project (No. 20-
<br />2500).
<br />13. Approve Agreements with W.A. Rasic Construction Company, Inc., Mladen Buntich
<br />Construction Co., Inc. Mike Prlich and Sons, Inc., Dominguez General Engineering,
<br />Inc., and Paulus Engineering, Inc. for Sewer System Repair Services for a Total
<br />Amount not to Exceed $4,000,000 for up to Five Years (Non -General Fund)

<br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements with
<br />W.A. Rasic Construction Company, Inc., Mladen Buntich Construction Co., Inc. Mike
<br />Prlich and Sons, Inc., Dominguez General Engineering, Inc., and Paulus Engineering,
<br />Inc. to provide sewer system repair services, for a three-year period beginning July
<br />20, 2021 and expiring July 19, 2024, with provisions for one two-year renewal period
<br />exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, for a shared aggregate amount not
<br />to exceed $4,000,000, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City
<br />Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX).
<br />14. Amend Agreement with Landscape West Management Services, Inc. to Increase the
<br />Annual Contract Amount by $250,000 for Median Landscape Maintenance Services
<br />(Non -General Fund)

<br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the
<br />agreement with Landscape West Management Services, Inc., for right-of-way and
<br />median landscape maintenance services, to increase the annual amount by
<br />$250,000, for a total annual amount not to exceed $1,270,000 and a total agreement
<br />amount not to exceed $5,080,000 for the remaining term of the agreement ending on
<br />June 30, 2023, plus a two-year extension exercisable by the City Manager and the
<br />City Attorney, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and
<br />City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX).
<br />15. Approve a Land Sale Agreement and Easement Sale Agreement in the Amount of $0
<br />for a Real Property Sale to Orange County Transportation Authority in exchange for
<br />the cost of Water Facility Improvements At SR-55 / Ritchey Street and Pullman Street
<br />(Project Nos. 19-6438, 19-6439 and 19-6440) (Non -General Fund)
