jmf 7/14/21 <br />Section 2. Approval of the Water Supply Assessment by the City does not <br />constitute a "will -serve" or in any way entitles the Warner Redhill Mixed Use Development <br />Project to water service or to any right, priority or allocation in any supply, capacity or <br />facility. <br />Section 3. Approval of the Water Supply Assessment shall not affect the City of <br />Santa Ana's obligation to provide service to its existing customers or any potential future <br />customers, including this Warner Redhill Mixed Use Development Project. <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 201h day of July, 2021. <br />Vicente Sarmiento <br />Mayor <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
