Christy did a nice job
presenting what she had, but it appeared to me the findings left out some key points.

The review to me, diluted / hid the KEY differentiators of the Vendors, by just showing as compliant / checked
the box. The most critical differentiator to me is the Zero Waste capability that CC&R can provide short and
long term. With the focus on Global Warming and Green Energy, I believe the CC&R response is superior and
was not given proper credit / weighting.

Before the City of Santa Ana recommends or approves a Vendor for this Contract, I believe the City should
review this Critical portion of the responses more thoroughly.

Respectfully,
George Will
C: 714-299-3177
1
