Do City References need to be other On Call <br />projects or can they be standard projects? <br />A: Submit references for municipalities where similar sanitary sewer repair services <br />have been performed. <br />8. Please clarify that the unit pricing is per six foot section, and not one foot <br />section.. <br />A: Provide pricing per foot with assumption that every task order will involve repair <br />.section that is minimum 6 feet, see revised fee schedule pages 18-20 for <br />verification. <br />9. Q: 2, How are we to cover traffic control? The varianceherecan be extreme and I <br />would hate to bid it as worst case and submit really high numbers to cover <br />myself, <br />A,, Majority of repair services will be located on residential streets. Basic traffic <br />control (Please see Appendix Attachment 1: Scope of Work, Section III for more <br />Information), should be included in pricing, In the event that repair services will <br />be performed on an arterial street and require additional traffic control, those <br />costs will be reimbursed by the City. <br />10. Q: Permits: What types of Permits are you requiring are they for installing Liners? <br />A: Contractor will conduct work at City's discretion, permit typically not required for <br />lining laterals. In the instance(s)where repair work requires permits such as <br />encroachment permits, costs will be reimbursed by the City. <br />11.
