We understand from our conversations and emails that <br />this project will include coordination to determine which Woodland Hills donated furniture items can be relocated <br />to the Carnegie Shelter. We propose that our work be performed as follows: <br />A. BASIC SERVICES: Our services on this portion of the Project will be to inventory the donated furniture <br />and workstations in Woodland Hills to determine which items can be relocated to the Carnegie Shelter; tag items <br />to be relocated by furniture mover to shelter; create a basic tagged furniture inventory list for mover; and provide <br />limited installation coordination with furniture mover for re -installation at shelter. <br />B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Additional Services <br />Basic Services; i.e., other locations or additional <br />disconnection services, etc. <br />C. COMPENSATION: <br />are those requested that are not specifically included as <br />site visits, extensive installation support, electrician <br />1. BASIC SERVICES FEE: Compensation will be based on a time and material basis utilizing the hourly <br />rates indicated below. The fee for this work will not exceed $2,000.00 plus reimbursables without prior <br />approval from The City of Santa Ana. <br />2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Performed on an hourly basis utilizing the rates listed below. Consultant's <br />fees for Additional Services will be invoiced at a multiple of 1.15 times the amount charged to our firm. <br />a.
