We have previously partnered <br />with the City of Santa Ana to conduct community engagement. During the pandemic, <br />we have collaborated to ensure a streamlined process to refer individuals to COVID- <br />19 testing and vaccine. <br />In an effort to continue the strong partnership our organization has had with the city <br />throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Latino Health Access is pleased to make the <br />following commitment to this important proposal: <br />• Design and develop low -literacy, multilingual community education materials <br />• Conduct community -led outreach education <br />• Conduct promotora training and implementation for testing and vaccination <br />• Conduct provider cultural competence education <br />We look forward to continuing our work together in order to facilitate empowerment <br />around COVID-19 response in our community. <br />Sincerely, <br />Dr. America Bracho, MPH, CDE <br />President and CEO <br />Latino Health Access <br />PREVENTION EDUCATION ACTION <br />
