W <br />B. Be willing to follow work hours, instructions, work policies and <br />rules <br />C. Keep accurate timesheets and submit a timesheet to the <br />PROJECT KINSHIP Youth Employment Program office at the end <br />of each pay period. <br />D. Immediately report any work -related incidents to both the <br />worksite supervisor and the PROJECT KINSHIP staff <br />E. Communicate any inappropriate behavior of work -related <br />issues to PROJECT KINSHIP staff <br />F. The WEX youth agrees to call the worksite supervisor a <br />minimum of two hours before his/her shift begins if unable to <br />report to work. <br />G. The WEX youth is required to stay in his/her assigned <br />placement for a period of 2-3 months. After a period of three <br />months, if the WEX youth chooses to continue at the worksite <br />he/she may do so with the approval of the worksite supervisor <br />and PROJECT KINSHIP staff. If participation is extended <br />additional duties and opportunities to acquire new skills <br />should be included, in order, to further enrich the WEX youth's <br />experience at the worksite. <br />H. Abide by the responsibilities outlined in the worksite training <br />agreement. <br />Worksite Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities: <br />A. <br />Be willing to train and mentor the WEX youth <br />B. <br />Be willing to complete monthly evaluations of WEX youth <br />performance. <br />C. <br />The worksite supervisor understands this to be an entry-level <br />position and the responsibilities assigned shall be entry-level. <br />D. <br />Be willing to provide to PROJECT KINSHIP staff and to the WEX <br />youth a Job Description indicating WEX youth job <br />responsibilities at the worksite. <br />E. <br />Give WEX youth appropriate safety training for the worksite <br />
