pxzoJcC1• <br />�" orsn �c¢cou�•ry <br />The worksite agreement procedures ensure that all worksites are <br />evaluated equally and follow the same procedure. <br />Once Staff deems the worksite safe the staff will meet with the <br />supervisor to explain the different parts of the worksite agreement <br />and complete the documents before the WEX youth's first day of <br />training. <br />Worksite training agreement includes: <br />a) Letter from executive director introducing the objective of our <br />Youth Employment Program funded by WIOA <br />b) Worksite training agreement <br />c) WEX youth responsibilities <br />d) Training plan and worksite schedule. <br />Staff Roles and Responsibilities: <br />A. Complete Worksite safety report to best of knowledge and <br />ensure that worksite is ADA and EEO compliant. <br />B. Complete Agency Worksite Agreement with worksite <br />supervisor. See Agency Worksite Agreement Procedures <br />C. Complete all parts of Worksite Approval Procedures to ensure <br />that the worksite is the best fit for WEX youth. <br />D. Complete a minimum of three worksite reviews as outlined in <br />Worksite review. <br />E. Provide age -appropriate work sites. <br />F. Meet with worksite supervisors to evaluate WEX youth's work <br />performance and distribute evaluations <br />G. Meet with WEX youth to evaluate the worksite and make a <br />plan for developing job skills when necessary <br />H. Assist with job placement at the conclusion of WEX training. <br />I. Educate WEX youth on health and safety and make a safety <br />plan in case of injury. <br />WEX Youth Roles and Responsibilities: <br />A.
