A)L <br />Training site review will occur three times during training. The training site will be monitored for <br />compliance and safety standards. The purpose will be to ensure that youth are receiving quality <br />training in a safe and comfortable environment. <br />PROJECT KINSHIP staff will visit the training site before training begins to meet with the youth's <br />supervisor. Staff will do a minimum of one visit halfway through training and a final visit a week <br />before training ends. <br />If corrective action is required after 15t visit the training site supervisor will be informed by <br />PROJECT KINSHIP staff of any inconsistencies in the training sites operations. A follow-up visit will <br />be made within three to five working days after the findings have been identified to review <br />corrective action taken by worksite. <br />Staff Roles and Responsibilities: <br />A. Complete Training site safety report to best of knowledge and ensure that training site is <br />ADA and EEO compliant. <br />B. Complete Agency Training Site Agreement with worksite supervisor. See Agency Training <br />Site Agreement Procedures <br />C. Complete all parts of Training Site Approval Procedures to ensure that the training site is <br />the best fit for youth. <br />D. Complete a minimum of three training site reviews as outlined in Training site review. <br />E. Provide age -appropriate training sites. <br />F. Meet with training site supervisors to evaluate youth's training and distribute evaluations <br />G. Meet with youth to evaluate the training site and make a plan for developing job skills <br />when necessary <br />H. Assist with job placement at the conclusion of the training. <br />I. Educate youth on health and safety and make a safety plan in case of injury. <br />Youth Roles and Responsibilities: <br />A. Be willing to commit to learning and working hard <br />B. Be willing to follow training hours, instructions, policies, and rules <br />C. Keep accurate timesheets and submit a timesheet to the PROJECT KINSHIP Youth <br />Employment Program office at the end of each pay period. <br />D. Immediately report any training -related incidents to both the training site supervisor and <br />the PROJECT KINSHIP staff <br />E. Communicate any inappropriate behavior of training -related issues to PROJECT KINSHIP <br />staff <br />F. The youth agrees to call the training site supervisor a minimum of two hours before <br />his/her training begins if unable to attend training. <br />G. The youth is required to stay in his/her assigned placement for a period of 2-3 months. <br />After a period of three months, if the youth chooses to continue at the training site <br />
