36. <br />Real-time results <br />Contractor shall provide reports for use during emergency <br />reporting and metrics <br />X <br />activations as well as afterwards. The dashboard reporting screen will automatically <br />refresh every 60 seconds, or it can be manually refreshed while the <br />broadcast is active to provide up -to -the -second information. The <br />County will be able to easily access detail -level reporting to see <br />who has received and confirmed messages and who has not. <br />Broadcast Reports <br />The Detailed Broadcast Report will provide detailed breakdowns of <br />each notification sent. Detailed Broadcast Reports will be available <br />online through the Web -based administration console or can also be <br />automatically e-mailed or faxed at the conclusion of a broadcast at <br />County's request. <br />Ad Hoc Re orts <br />The Ad Hoc Report will allow administrators to extract specific <br />data from the system. Ad hoc reports can be downloaded in CSV <br />and PDF format as well as HTML format. Users will be able to <br />retrieve call records via a wide variety of record search and <br />reporting options. Contractor's Ad Hoc Reporting functionality will <br />allow County to pull reports that are important and meaningful for <br />its specific needs, rather than merely provide static report features. <br />Event Analysis Reports <br />The system will provide the ability for multiple messages to be <br />viewed in a single report. Reports may be filtered to include a <br />single notification, or spanning multiple notifications. Using Event <br />Reporting, County will be able to look at all messages/response <br />details related to the same Event in a graphical and "top down" <br />style. <br />Detailed Notification Analysis Reports <br />A detailed Notification Analysis report will allow County to <br />investigate the delivery details, over time and among all users <br />targeted, for any notification campaign launched form the platform. <br />Details about the notification will be included, such as the settings <br />that were configured for the deployment, confirmation status <br />information (with pie chart representation), and the overall number <br />of delivery attempts made over time (with line chart representation). <br />County of Orange MA-060-20010263 File No. CO21209 <br />Sheriff-Comner/Purehasing Services Bureau Public Mass Notification System Page 29 of40 <br />
