Approve On -Call Environmental Review Services Agreements with Rincon <br />Consultants, Inc., Chambers Group, Inc., and Michael Baker International, Inc. (Non - <br />General Fund) <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute three agreements <br />with the firms listed below to provide on -call environmental review consulting services. <br />The agreements shall commence on August 1, 2021 and continue until July 31, 2022, <br />with the option for the City to grant up to two (2), one (1) year renewals, exercisable by <br />a writing by the City Manager and the City Attorney. The total compensation provided <br />to all three firms shall not exceed an aggregate amount of $150,000 annually, for a <br />potential total not to exceed amount of $450,000 during the entire term of the <br />agreements, including extension periods, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br />1.
