Approve Continuation as a Career Services Provider under the Federal Title I <br />Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the Mayor to sign and direct staff to submit to the <br />California Workforce Development Board an application to provide Adult and <br />Dislocated Worker Career Services for a four-year period expiring May 2025, as <br />authorized in the final regulations of the federal Title I Workforce Innovation and <br />Opportunity Act. <br />14. Approve an Agreement with Habitat for Humanity to Administer a Residential <br />Rehabilitation Program in an Amount not to Exceed $545,532 (Non -General Fund) <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />Habitat for Humanity to administer the City's Residential Rehabilitation Program from <br />July 6, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in the amount not to exceed $545,532 in <br />Community Development Block Grant funds, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br />MINUTES: This consent Item - Agreement No. 2021-109 was approved. <br />15. Approve On -Call Environmental Review Services Agreements with Rincon <br />Consultants, Inc., Chambers Group, Inc., and Michael Baker International, Inc. (Non - <br />General Fund) <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute three agreements <br />with the firms listed below to provide on -call environmental review consulting services. <br />The agreements shall commence on August 1, 2021 and continue until July 31, 2022, <br />with the option for the City to grant up to two (2), one (1) year renewals, exercisable by <br />a writing by the City Manager and the City Attorney. The total compensation provided <br />to all three firms shall not exceed an aggregate amount of $150,000 annually, for a <br />potential total not to exceed amount of $450,000 during the entire term of the <br />agreements, including extension periods, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br />1.
