DocuSign Envelope ID: 7DOD574C-B1 E5-4A94-98CC-C2B16DDD7DC6 <br />EXHIBIT 5 <br />Grant Agreement No. 4600013842 <br />Page 37 of 71 <br />Task 11: Construction <br />Construction activities are outlined below. <br />11(a): General mobilization and demobilization for all components of the project. <br />11(b): Site preparation will include general safety measures, nuisance control, site containment, and traffic <br />control. <br />11(c): Construction will include approximately 7 miles of pipeline from BBARWA WWTP to Stanfield <br />Marsh. Construction of an approximately 2,500 gallons per minute (gpm) pumping plant (maximum <br />capacity) to pump advance -treated water from BBARWA WWTP to Stanfield Marsh. <br />Retrofitting/constructing WWTP upgrades (Treatment capacity to be refined during preliminary <br />engineering: anticipate 2.2 MGD average and 3 MGD peak flow): <br />• Retrofitting existing oxidation ditch activated sludge process for enhanced nitrogen and <br />phosphorus removal (Biological Nutrient Removal process) <br />• Tertiary denitrification process <br />• Ultrafiltration <br />• Reverse Osmosis <br />• Ultraviolet disinfection <br />• Improvements to facility support systems (power, instrumentation, chemical, and Supervisory <br />control and data acquisition (SCADA)) <br />Approximately 80 acres of evaporation ponds and 1 million gallons of reverse osmosis concentrate <br />storage will be built. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Photographic Documentation of Progress <br />
