• Identification of the routes; <br />• Route map; <br />• Truck numbers; <br />• Number of accounts, by route and in total (Residential, Commercial and Roll -off); <br />• Confirmation that all Refuse routes are dedicated exclusively to City Customers; <br />• Number and type of exceptions observed; <br />• Total monthly service charge (Residential, Commercial and Roll -off Box), pre -audit; <br />• Total monthly service charge (Residential, Commercial and Roll -off), post -audit <br />(subsequent to corrections of identified exceptions); and, <br />The report shall include a description of the procedures followed to complete the route <br />audit. This description shall include the names and titles of those supervising the route <br />audits and the name and titles of those performing the observations. <br />The report shall also include a description of the changes and Contractor's plans to <br />resolve the exceptions. The results of the audit, and supporting back-up data, shall be <br />available for review by City or its representative. <br />4.17 Service Exceptions; Hazardous Material Notifications <br />A. Failure to Collect. When Solid Waste is not Collected from any Solid <br />Waste service recipient, Contractor shall notify its service recipient in writing, at the <br />time Collection is not made, through the use of a "tag" or otherwise, of the reasons why <br />the Collection was not made. <br />B. Hazardous Material Inspection and Reporting. Contractor reserves the <br />right to reject Solid Waste observed to be contaminated with Hazardous Material and <br />the right not to Collect Hazardous Material put out with Solid Waste. Contractor shall <br />notify all agencies with jurisdiction, if appropriate, including the California Department <br />of Toxic Substances Control and Local Emergency Response Providers and the National <br />Response Center of reportable quantities of Hazardous Material, found or observed in <br />Solid Waste anywhere within the City. In addition to other required notifications, if <br />Contractor observes any substances which it or its employees reasonably believe or <br />suspect to contain Hazardous Materials unlawfully Disposed of or released on any City <br />property, including storm drains, streets or other public rights of way, Contractor will <br />immediately notify the Executive Director or the Executive Director's designee. <br />Contractor shall implement and maintain a training program that will assist its <br />August 17, 2021 91 City of Santa Ana <br />
