hardcopies. Contractor shall be required to provide an annual report to the City of <br />customers that have requested to receive mailings electronically. Customers will be <br />provided the option to request electronic mailings annually. <br />• Billing Inserts - Upon request by the City, Contractor shall include information <br />developed by the City, or developed by Contractor at request of City, with invoices <br />for Customers direct -billed by Contractor. <br />• Santa Ana Green Quarterly Newsletter - Not less than four times per year during <br />each Rate Year, Contractor shall be responsible for twenty-five percent (25%) of all <br />costs incurred by City for the production and mailing of the City's quarterly <br />newsletter. The City reserves the right to direct the production of the quarterly <br />newsletter to a contractor of the City's choosing. The Contractor shall be required to <br />coordinate distribution via U.S. Mail of the quarterly newsletter with a local mailing <br />house, including furnishing Residential Curbside Service Unit, and Multi -Family <br />Premises Customers' mailing addresses. <br />• Corrective Action Notice - For use in instances where the Customer sets out <br />inappropriate materials. <br />• Recycling Coordinator - To achieve a high level of Recycling public education and <br />awareness, the Contractor shall dedicate three (3) or more full-time Recycling <br />Coordinators to the City to complete outreach to Residential, Multi -family and <br />Commercial customers, and develop and implement all public education and <br />outreach activities required under the Agreement. The Recycling Coordinators shall <br />conduct outreach, promote waste reduction, recycling, diversion programs, and <br />provide technical assistance to Multi -family and Commercial Customers. <br />• The Recycling Coordinators shall work exclusively on the City programs <br />and services and shall not have other, non -City responsibilities or other <br />City responsibilities not related to Recycling Coordinator responsibilities <br />in the City. <br />• The Recycling Coordinators shall visit each school located within the City <br />each Rate Year to discuss environmental issues with students, read books <br />and facilitate craft activities. <br />August 17, 2021 100 City of Santa Ana <br />
