Agreements. In the event Contractor discontinues providing Solid Waste services to <br />City, Contractor shall provide all records of Disposal or processing of all Solid Waste <br />Collected in City within thirty (30) days of discontinuing service. Records shall be in <br />chronological and organized form and readily and easily interpreted. <br />8.2.6 Other Programs' Records <br />Records for other programs shall be tailored to specific needs. In general, they shall <br />include: <br />a) Plans, tasks, and milestones; and, <br />b) Accomplishments in terms such as dates, activities conducted, quantities of <br />products used, produced or distributed, and numbers of participants and <br />responses. <br />8.2.7 Audit <br />City may conduct an audit of Contractor at any time. The scope of the audit, and <br />auditing party, will be determined by City and the scope may include, but is not limited <br />to: <br />• Extraordinary rate adjustment requests; <br />• Compliance with terms of this Agreement; <br />• Customer service levels and Billing; <br />• Fee payments; <br />• Receipts; <br />• Tonnage; <br />• Complaint log; <br />• Compliance with Mandatory Commercial Recycling, Mandatory Commercial <br />Organics Recycling, and SB 1383; and, <br />• Verification of Diversion rate. <br />The first audit, to be performed during 2024, will be based on the Contractor's reports <br />and records for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
