4.7.1), and for each additional day in which the complaint is not addressed, <br />which exceed five (5) annually: $50.00 per day <br />b) For each failure to process Customer complaints as required by Article 5, <br />which exceed five (5) annually: $50.00 per occurrence <br />c) For each failure to respond to a written inquiry from the City's Solid Waste <br />contract manager regarding service requests or requests for information <br />within two (2) business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays <br />listed in Section 4.7.1), and for each additional day in which the inquiry is <br />not addressed, which exceed five (5) occurrences annually: <br />$100 per occurrence <br />d) For each failure to carry out responsibilities for establishing service to an <br />individual resident: <br />$100.00 per occurrence <br />e) For each failure to remove graffiti from Containers, or to replace with <br />Containers bearing no graffiti, within the time prescribed in Section 4.7.4.5: <br />$ 50.00 per day <br />f) For each failure to repair or replace a damaged or missing Container within <br />two (2) business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays listed in <br />Section 4.7.1) of request from City or Customer: $ 50.00 per day <br />g) For each failure to process a claim for damages within thirty (30) days from <br />the date submitted to Contractor: $100.00 per occurrence <br />h) For every Recycling Cart Collected as Refuse without issuing a Warning <br />Notice per Section 4.2.7 which exceeds ten (10) such occurrences annually: <br />$50 per Cart <br />For every Organics Waste Cart Collected as Refuse without issuing a <br />Warning Notice per Section 4.2.7 which exceeds ten (10) such occurrences <br />annually: $50 per Cart <br />j) For each failure to issue a Warning Notice to a Customer for materials not <br />collected due to improper set out which exceeds ten (10) such occurrences <br />annually: $100 per day per occurrence <br />August 17, 2021 156 City of Santa Ana <br />
