G. Exceptions to Weighing Requirements. If the Approved Facility does not have motor <br />vehicle scales to weigh Contractor's vehicles and Recyclable Materials, Organic <br />Materials, or C&D Debris delivered to the Facility, Contractor shall obtain a receipt for <br />delivery of the Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and C&D Debris that identifies <br />the date and time of delivery, the type of material delivered, and the vehicle number. <br />Contractor or Facility operator shall estimate the tonnage of material delivered for each <br />load based on the volumetric capacity of the vehicle and material density factors (e.g., <br />pounds per cubic yard) approved by or designated by the City. <br />H. Upon -Request Reporting. If vehicle receiving and unloading operations are recorded on <br />video cameras at the Approved Facilities, Contractor shall make those videos available <br />for City review during the Approved Facilities' operating hours, upon request of the <br />City, and shall provide the name of the driver of any particular load if available. <br />8.4. Rejection of Excluded Waste <br />A. Inspection. Contractor will use standard industry practices to detect and reject Excluded <br />Waste in a uniform and non-discriminatory manner and will not knowingly accept <br />Excluded Waste at the Approved Facility(ies). Contractor will comply with the <br />inspection procedure contained in its permit requirements. Contractor will promptly <br />modify that procedure to reflect any changes in permits or Applicable Law. <br />B. Excluded Waste Handling and Costs. Contractor will arrange for or provide handling, <br />Transportation, and delivery to a Recycling, incineration, or a Disposal facility <br />permitted in accordance with Applicable Law of all Excluded Waste detected at the <br />Approved Facility(ies). Contractor is solely responsible for making those arrangements <br />or provisions and all costs thereof. Nothing in this Agreement will excuse the <br />Contractor from the responsibility of handling Excluded Wastes that Contractor <br />inadvertently accepts in a lawful manner and of arranging for the disposition of that <br />Excluded Waste in accordance with Applicable Law. <br />8.5. Materials Evaluations at Approved Facilities <br />A. General. Contractor shall conduct the following "evaluations' at Approved Facilities, if <br />applicable to the type of facility: <br />1. Refuse Container Waste Evaluations. Waste evaluations of Refuse at the <br />Approved Transfer Facility (if applicable) in accordance with 14 CCR Sections <br />August 17, 2021 8 - 16 City of Santa Ana <br />
