4.6.6 Diversion of Electronic, Universal and Other Special Wastes <br />Contractor shall Divert waste requiring special handling, such as Electronic Waste, or "e- <br />waste" Collected in accordance with Sections 4.2.10 and 4.3.14, or by other means under <br />this Agreement, by taking these goods to a properly permitted Facility, and not by <br />landfilling. <br />Contractor may encourage Customers through public education materials to bring small <br />items requiring special handling, such as fluorescent bulbs or batteries, to a local HHW <br />drop-off center. <br />4.6.7 Marketing and Sale of Recyclable Materials <br />Contractor shall be responsible for marketing and sale of all Recyclable Materials <br />Collected pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor may retain revenue from the sale of <br />Recyclable Materials, and shall report the amount of such revenues to City upon <br />request. In the event that Contractor is unable, after reasonable diligence, to sell or <br />donate certain Recyclable Materials due to the lack of a market for them, Contractor <br />may request, and City may authorize Contractor, in its sole discretion, to dispose of said <br />Recyclable Materials without sale, subject to on -going review by the City. In the event <br />market conditions for said Recyclable Materials change such that they can, once again, <br />be sold by Contractor, City may withdraw its consent for Contractor to dispose of said <br />Recyclable Materials and may, again, require Contractor to sell said Recyclable <br />materials as otherwise provided in this Agreement. <br />4.7 Operations <br />4.7.1 Schedules <br />To preserve peace and quiet, Solid Waste shall only be Collected from Residential areas <br />between 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Solid Waste may be <br />Collected from Commercial and industrial locations between 3:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. <br />Monday through Saturday, provided that said Commercial and industrial locations are <br />at least one hundred (100) feet away from Residential units. Commercial and industrial <br />locations which are less than one hundred (100) feet away from Residential units shall <br />be treated as Residential areas and Solid Waste may only be collected from those <br />locations between 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.
