4.13 Status of Disposal Site <br />Any Disposal Site chosen and utilized by Contractor, shall have been issued all permits <br />from federal, state, regional, county and City agencies necessary for it to operate as a <br />Class III Sanitary Landfill. <br />4.14 Solid Waste Facility Capacity Guarantee <br />Contractor shall provide City with guaranteed capacity for the following Solid Waste <br />facilities for the Term of this Agreement: <br />Transfer Stations and Processing Facilities <br />• CVT Regional MRF - 2775 East Gretta Lane, Anaheim, CA. Owned and operated by <br />Contractor. <br />• Kochergen Farms Composting, Avenal Cutoff Rd, and Omaha Ave., Avenal, CA 93239 <br />• Agromin Chino - 8100 Chino -Corona Road, Chino, CA. Co -owned and operated by <br />Agromin OC LLC, co -owned by Rainbow Disposal Co., Inc. <br />• Copper Mountain Landfill - 34853 East County 12th Street, Wellton, AZ 85356 <br />• Rainbow Environmental Services, Huntington Beach, CA, owned by Rainbow <br />Disposal Co., Inc. <br />• Recology: 6061 North Wheeler Ridge Rd, Lamont, CA <br />4.15 Commingling of Refuse Collection Routes <br />Contractor shall not commingle City Refuse Collection routes with other city or county <br />routes. If this is not feasible, upon approval by the City, Contractor may commingle <br />routes, but must submit to City a detailed monthly report setting forth the breakdown <br />of tonnage Collected from the commingled routes within thirty (30) days after the end <br />of each month. Contractor shall have the methodology used to segregate the loads <br />between jurisdictions approved in advance by the City. <br />4.16 Route Audit <br />Once during the first year or at City request (but not more than once every three years), <br />Contractor shall conduct an audit of its Collection routes in the City.
