HUD will consider requests for <br />other unanticipated increases in Administrative Fees on a case-by-case basis. <br />Please note that requests for additional fees because of a lower national fee proration <br />willnot beaccepted. <br />Award Information. HUD will reserve up to $5,000,000 for other unanticipated <br />increasesin AdministrativeFeesona case-by-casebasis. <br />Eligible Activities/Expenses. Activities and expenses considered eligible under <br />Administrative Fees that are not covered under another special fee category are <br />eligibleforfunding undertheDiscretion. <br />Due to the limited nature of Special Feefunds available, payments made directly <br />to assisted families or individuals, such as transportation reimbursement, security <br />depositassistance, etc.,arenotconsidered eligibleexpenses. <br /> <br />
