There are no caps on number of claims, audit support, or <br />meetings —our level of customer service to the City is unlimited. MGT will not bill you for travel time or <br />expenses, additional time for on -site meetings, or additional claims. <br />MGT wants to be City's partner in this process for the next three years and beyond.
