OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING FINANCIAL, ANALYTICAL AND ADVISORY SERVICES (RFQ) INTRODUCTION The City of Santa Ana (City) and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (Authority) are issuing this Request for Quallficatlons (RFQ) for Affordable Housing Financial, Analytical and Advisory Services from professional consulting firms to provide financial analytical and advisory services for general multifamily affordable housing financial advisory services; general single family affordable housing program financial analytical services; multifamily and/or single family bond issuance financial advisory services; and the City's Inclusionary Housing Program financial analysis. The scope of work may include any and all work efforts related to EXHIBIT A —SCOPE OF SERVICES. PERIOD OF CONTRACT Unless earlier terminated as allowed for in the Agreement, the agreement term shall be for a period of up to three (3) years. The agreement term is'anticipated to commence after City Council award of this agreement and upon receipt and approval of all required insurance documents. The term of this Agreement shall have provision for three (3), one- year renewal options exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney unless the City notifies the Consultant in writing at least thirty (30) days before the end of the initial term or any extended term, of its intent to terminate the Agreement at the conclusion of the initial term or any extension. III. SCOPE OF WORK/ SERVICES The scope of work may include any and all work efforts related to the Affordable Housing Financial, Analytical and Advisory Services per EXHIBIT A — SCOPE OF SERVICES The Contractor shall bean Independent contractor capable of providing experienced, knowledgeable: and professional staff. The Contractor shall be responsive and maintainexcellent working relationships with city residents, businesses, government officials and City staff. The Contractor shall provide adequate staffing levels at all .times and adhere to established schedules. The Consultant shall be knowledgeable of and comply with federal, state and local regulations, including but not limited to the California Health and Safety Code and the Santa Ana Municipal Code. IV. GENERAL INFORMATION A. The term of the contract will begin after the contract is awarded by the City Council.
