7 <br />DANIELA BORBE <br />PROJECT MANAGER <br />City of Santa Ana <br />On Call Right -of -Way Speciality Services: Acquisition and Relocation <br />ARMonument is proud to designate <br />Daniela Borbe a high level, <br />dedicated, and experienced <br />Program Manager, to lead our <br />team. In recent years, Daniela has assisted the City <br />in the delivery of significant capital projects. including <br />the Bristol Street Widening Project, Phases 3A, 3B <br />and 4. Warner Avenue Widening Project, Phases 1 <br />and 2 and Grand Avenue Widening Project. <br />Daniela has 20 years of experience in the real estate <br />and right-of-way industry with an extensive history <br />in Southern California. She's managed a wide range <br />of capital projects from local water improvement <br />projects to road widening projects to major regional <br />transportation projects, varying in size from just a few <br />parcels to hundreds of acquisition and relocation cases <br />As a recognized leader in the Southern California <br />right-of-way profession, she is knowledgeable of <br />the local market and has a long-term relationship <br />with the City of Santa Ana, as well as other key <br />stakeholders in the region. Daniela's strength lies in <br />developing creative cost savings solutions, attention <br />to detail and her ability to deliver services within strict <br />deadlines and critical schedule requirements. <br />During her 20 years of experience, Daniela has <br />managed major public improvement projects, <br />acquisition and relocation teams and the budget and <br />critical paths for each of her team's projects. Daniela <br />was most recently the Senior Project Manager on <br />the Design -Build, 1-405 Improvement Project. In that <br />capacity, she provided program management for the <br />implementation of acquisition and relocation services, <br />as well as oversight and management of cost controls, <br />schedules, and risk mitigation. Under her direct <br />leadership, the team successfully acquired, certified <br />and delivered all 288 properties to the design -build <br />contractor ahead of schedule. This is one of many <br />examples where Daniela has surpassed the client's <br />expectations. Daniela has also managed and <br />delivered marquee projects including the La Cadena <br />Bridge Replacement Project for the City of Colton, the <br />SR-55 Improvement Project for OCTA. <br />Daniela has an extensive background in quality control <br />and assurance and maintaining federal, state, local, <br />agency and Caltrans compliance. She is fully versed <br />in all aspects of the Uniform Act, FHWA regulations, <br />Caltrans Right -of -Way Manual and has a perfect track <br />record passing federal and Caltrans audits.
