He has expertise in <br />corridor -oriented projects from the early inception <br />of the initial planning phase, through environmental <br />approval, engineering design, construction <br />coordination, and project closeout. From the beginning <br />of her career, July had the opportunity to work a wide <br />range of projects from major transportation projects, <br />such as freeway expansions involving hundreds <br />of acquisition and relocation cases, to smaller local <br />road improvement projects with fewer parcels. July is <br />experienced in all aspects of acquisition and relocation <br />and is knowledgeable of the local market conditions. <br />In her relatively short career, July has excelled and <br />earned the trust of her clients and developed many <br />relationships with key stakeholders throughout the <br />Southern California region.
