This included the preparation of various <br />project alternative cost estimates, data sheet preparation, final update to include <br />an estimate abstract. <br />ETIWANDA AVENUE GRADE SEPARATION PROJECT <br />�¢y �i I iianci,._ ;,, 1— 12018-2020 <br />Patti was responsible for the right-of-way acquisition, tenant acquisitions, relocation <br />of commercial and residential properties for the grade separation project. The <br />project consists of 18 properties with 2 full takes and 16 permanent and or <br />temporary construction easements and complex business relocations. <br />AVENUE 44 ALL-WEATHER BRIDGE <br />City of Indio I Indio. CA 12018 - 2020 <br />Project Manager responsible for completing the acquisition and relocation <br />services required for the project. The project requires the full acquisition and <br />relocation activities for single ramify residences and partial permanent and <br />temporary acquisitions from properties owned by utilities, tribal ownerships, and <br />private ownerships that are either undeveloped or developed with multi -family <br />improvements. The project involves a total of 8 parcel acquisitions. <br />HIGHWAY 111, RANCHO MIRAGE PHASE 1, 2, 3, AND 4 <br />�n� MASTER OF FEDERAL City of Rancho Mirage I Rancho Mirage, CA 12016 - 2020 <br />Il L��6 I AND STATE LAW The project involved right-of-way acquisition for over 110 property owners. <br />Acquisition services, relocation assistance and appraisal for the widening of State <br />Highway 111 within the city limits of the City of Rancho Mirage including the area <br />known locally as "Restaurant Row". This highway widening project involved an <br />interesting mix of vacant development sites, existing commercial and retail uses, <br />and residential, golf course/country club, and office. The project team encountered <br />several mobile home parks, some trailer courts, service stations, car washes, <br />automobile dealers, and shopping centers. <br />[f7aFUN FACT <br />Patti is an outdoor enthusiast and has <br />spent years fly fishing, riding and caring <br />for horses, and hunting In Montana. Patti enjoys spending <br />time with her large family and is secretly <br />a tech wizl <br />DUNE PALMS ROAD BRIDGE PROJECT <br />City of La Quinta I La Quetta, CA 12018 - 2019 <br />Project Manager responsible for the acquisition and relocation services of mobile <br />homeowners, a residential tenant and relocation plan. The project removed a low- <br />water crossing and installed a bridge with sidewalk on both side and bike/golf cart <br />Imes connecting this bridge with the widening of Dune Palms Road. <br />SR-91 HOV IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />Riverside County Transportation ,n I Riverside, CA 12010 - 2013 <br />Patti served as a Senior Acquisition Agent and obtained Right of Entry Grants for <br />over 30 properties and acquisition services to over 80 properties affected by this <br />highway widening project. This included coordination with escrow, title, appraisal, <br />and environmental firms- She maintained a monthly project schedule and obtained <br />various temporary permits from commercial landowners, public agencies. BNSF <br />and Union Pacific Railroad Companies. Preparation of certification forms for <br />various parcel groups which requires coordination with project managers and staff <br />and utility and demolition staff. <br />
